I often say Yes to that. My reason is this: If truly Christians believed Jesus to be God, Who came to earth in Human form and Mary was the woman that gave birth to him. Logically, It can be said that Mary is the mother of God. If it's not true. Please how can you convince me

No. She is not. Though Jesus came to the world through her, (and Jesus is God), to thta does not still make her the mother of Jesus. The pregnancy was through the Holy Spirit. She was a mere vessel in God's hands. God does not have a mother.
The confusion and contradicting part is that "Jesus is God". Jesus is NOT almighty God. Jesus is mighty God. On one occasion as an angel in the book of revelation, Apostle John bowed down to worship Jesus, but he said, worship the one seated on the throne (Almighty God). Jesus is NOT to be worship. Revelation 4:11 - Only Almighty God deserves to be worshiped
