The standard of living in Nigeria is higher than that of kenya so Nigeria is a better place to live than Kenya, firstly Nigeria is statistically the economic giant in Africa and 26th in the world when only the nominal Gross Domestic Product is considered so if you start a buisness there it will strive because of their high population. Kenya comes a distant ninth in Africa and 70th in the world. However, the identifies weaknesses in the Nigerian standard of living/economy is inadequate power supply, lack of adequate infrastructure, delays in the passage of legislative reforms, an inefficient property registration, restrictive trade policies, an inconsistent regulatory environment, a slow and ineffective judicial system among other things. The country’s economy is also largely dependent on commodity prices thus the recessionary environment in 2016 caused by lower oil prices.
