It definitely has to be the English Premier League (EPL). This league is home to teams considered to be "small" , but usually cause headaches to the so-called big teams. This season, teams like Wolves, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth have proven that there is no small club in England. Even Pep Guardiola, manager of Manchester City confirmed the league's nature after his team's victory over Liverpool at Etihad.

FRENCH LIGUE 2 Ligue 2 has always been extremely competitive. RC Lens and its fantastic fanbase will hopefully make it to Ligue 1. FC Metz has the most important budget of the league and are currently very strong. But Ligue 2 is full of surprises. Historical club AJ Auxerre or investment banker-owned FC Lorient might compete for the title as well. Let’s not forget the other two Parisian clubs: Paris FC and Red Star FC . The first one having big ambitions (they will be raising money in January 2019 and target Ligue 1 in the next 2 to 5 years)
