Works as a student

In my opinion, For one to be regarded as the phenomenal candidate for the job. You must meet these 3 criteria below.
1. Graduating with a very high cgp in school. First or second class upper division is ideal.

2. You must have job experience pertaining to the kind of job your applying for. If I'm to be the hiring manager, these is where I should focus more cos cgpa can be bought. But the ability to deliver should matter most for the growth of the firm.

3. You must be an excellent communicator in English.

Nowadays employers value experience much more than your grade, especially private sector. Your performance and experience during interview are considered hence a graduate with lower credit may be preferred to a graduate with upper credit
